FrameWork Health
.

The name FrameWork Health describes an intent to organize one's life so as to showcase an example of well-being, whether by self-motivation or with the help of health experts.  The concept was derived from the FRAMES Model of Motivational Interviewing (MI) developed by Samet, Rollnick, & Barnes* in which F=Feedback, R=Reframe, A=Advise, M=Menu of options, E=Empathy, S=Self-efficacy. As you can see, in utilizing MI conceptually one evolves from unhealthy or deleterious life practices to restoration of health through the efforts of the health professional who aids in gaining a meaningful life from a menu of options including spiritual resources and thus, with confidence, reaching out to help others.
